How to delete your Eskra account
Permanently delete your account and all data

Before you delete your account
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. When you delete your account:
- All your emails, AI responses, and training data will be permanently deleted
- Your subscription will be automatically canceled
- You will lose access to all connected email accounts
- Any custom-trained AI models will be deleted
- This action cannot be reversed
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you've exported any important data before proceeding.
How to delete your account
To permanently delete your Eskra account:
- Navigate to Settings → Security
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Find the "Delete Account" section
- Click Delete Account
- Select a reason for leaving (this helps us improve)
- Enter your password to confirm
- Click Permanently Delete Account
Deletion reasons
When deleting your account, you'll be asked to select one of the following reasons:
- No longer using the service: I don't need this AI tool anymore
- Technical difficulties: Experiencing bugs or performance issues
- Found a better alternative: Using a different AI platform
- Privacy concerns: Worried about data handling
- Cost concerns: Service is too expensive
- Missing features: Needs functionality that isn't available
- Other reason: Something else not listed here
What happens after deletion
Once you confirm deletion:
- Your account is immediately deactivated
- All your data is permanently deleted within 24 hours
- Your subscription is canceled and you won't be charged again
- You'll receive a confirmation email
Note: If you have an active subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.
Alternative: Cancel subscription instead
If you're not ready to delete your account permanently, you can cancel your subscription while keeping your account active. This allows you to:
- Keep your account and data
- Access your emails in read-only mode
- Resubscribe anytime without losing your data
Tip: To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Billing and click "Manage Subscription".
